Airtel claims that the enhanced CallHome service will offer an all-new experience with unmatched call clarity at great value for money rates. Now, using the unique Hotline service, a customer will be able to configure upto 10 of his most frequently dialed numbers with a single-key access dial at reduced call rates.
The company also claims that the upgraded service will also offer an Easy Dial facility that will enable customers to configure up to 50 numbers for quick dialing. Customers would shortly be able to avail a host of new value added services like astrology, cricket, etc that enable customers to listen to and keep in touch with their roots in India.
David Nishball, president of enterprise services at Bharti Airtel, said: "Today, with the launch of the enhanced version and the enablement of payment through Indian credit cards, we are aiming to revolutionize the customer calling experience."
